Prof. Dr. Xiuying Zhao, is a Full Professor at College of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Chemical Technology.She received her B.S. degree (1994) at Sichuan University, M.S degree (2001, Supervisor: Prof. Liye Zhang) and her Ph.D. degree (2008, Supervisor: Prof. Liqun Zhang) at Beijing University of Chemical Technology.


She focuses on preparation of the damping elastomer composites, functional elastomer composites with thermal conductivity and wide temperature range and their applications. So far, she has published more than 100 peer-reviewed research articles on Nano Energy, Composites Part B: Engineering, Macromolecular Rapid Communications, Industrial Crops & Products, Soft Matter, and so on.
