近年来在Matter、Adv. Mater.、Device、Adv. Funct. Mater.等期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,论文总引11000余次,单篇最高被引700余次,ESI TOP1%高被引论文15篇。相关科研成果与进展被人民日报、科技部网站报道。曾主持国家自然科学基金青年、面上、优青、北京市自然科学基金、中石化等项目,曾承担国家重点研发计划项目任务、中央高水平医院临床成果转化项目任务等。广泛开展与哈佛大学、麻省理工学院、301医院、中日友好医院等国内外科研机构的密切合作。
荣获中国橡胶科技创新奖、北京市优秀本科毕业设计(论文)指导教师(北京市教育委员会)、Cell Press最受欢迎论文奖(Most Picked Award (2022 Chinese Scientists with Cell Press));担任Advanced Powder Materials、Smart Materials in Medicine等期刊特聘编委/编委;担任中国材料研究学会水凝胶材料分会常务理事、纤维材料改性与复合技术分会理事、中国复合材料学会智能/纳米/导热复合材料专业委员会委员。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单、全球学者学术影响力全球前10万名。结合近年来科研成果与前沿进展,开设并讲授研究生课程《智能可穿戴材料与器件》、本科生课程《可穿戴智慧医学诊疗》、《人工智能综合实训-可穿戴智慧医疗》。
