主要研究领域
1. 绿色轮胎用高性能橡胶纳米复合材料的制备、结构与性能,具体包括材料配方设计,制备工艺,微观结构与材料性能(如抗湿滑性能、滚动阻力和耐磨性能等)之间的关系研究;
2. 橡胶纳米复合材料的抗疲劳性能及机理研究;
3. 生物医用水凝胶的设计制备、结构性能及应用 .
研究成果及获奖
2004年入选北京市科技新星计划,2009年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。中国橡胶专业委员会委员,为全国轮胎配方设计技术高级培训班授课。在Macromolecular Rapid Communication, Polymer, Carbohydrate Polymers, Composite Science and Technology, Polymer Testing等杂志上发表英文论文50余篇,授权专利10余项,参加编写了高分子材料专业本科教材《聚合物材料》, 主讲本科生专业基础课程《聚合物加工工程》,该课程为国家精品课程。作为课题负责人已完成自然科学基金面上项目3项。承担国家十五攻关项目“绿色轮胎用纳米改性丁苯橡胶”、973项目“制备热塑性硫化橡胶的预分散动态硫化方法及其应用基础”、国家支撑计划项目“芳纶高性能子午线轮胎研究开发与应用”、国家863计划目标导向项目““轮胎高性能化用弹性体纳米复合材料规模化制备技术”等多项国家科技项目。目前与浙江大学郑强教授合作承担国家自然科学基金项目重点项目“高填充纳米粒子/橡胶体系的形态结构与流变行为”。完成省部级及企业横向合作项目10余项。获得中国石油与化学工业协会科技进步一等奖2项;2015年度“节油轮胎用高性能橡胶纳米复合材料的设计及制备关键技术”获国家技术发明奖二等奖。
